We never require personal registration to explore streets, scan stall QR standees, or get walking directions.
1. The Anonymous Exploration Principle
When you open Dukanoo, your browsing is anonymous. We do not require an account, email address, or phone number to view live carts or follow walking paths.
2. Geolocation Data
When enabled by you, device GPS coordinates are used purely client-side to calculate walking distances to nearby stalls and render routing paths. We do not sell or monetize personal movement trails.
3. Vendor Data
Vendor coordinates and stall names are published publicly with direct vendor consent to allow local customer discoverability.
4. Zero Invasive Advertising
We do not inject third-party ad network trackers, affiliate trackers, or surveillance pixels into the Dukanoo experience.
5. User Account and Data Deletion
Users who create an account using phone number verification can delete their account and associated data directly within the Dukanoo app under Profile Settings, or by visiting our online Account and Data Deletion Portal.
6. Data Retention and Security
Account deletion immediately purges phone credentials, profile information, saved favorites, and scan history from our live databases. Transactional order records are purged or anonymized in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
