How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the Dukanoo or Dukanoo Partner app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Dukanoo Account.
  4. Confirm your deletion in the confirmation dialog.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Your phone number, saved stalls, recent scan history, and profile records are permanently removed from our active database. This process is permanent and cannot be reversed.
