Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Platform

Dukanoo provides a public directory, live availability broadcast, and pedestrian wayfinding service connecting street food artisans with nearby customers.

2. Not a Food Delivery Broker

Dukanoo is not a delivery service, food preparation entity, or financial intermediary. All transactions between customers and vendors happen in person at the physical stall counter.

3. Vendor Integrity

Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate live status (Open/Closed) and honoring the physical Dukanoo QR placement on their carts.
